Co-founder of DBSI, a privately held investment company and the controlling shareholder of Taldor and former executive vice president and chief financial officer for Koor Industries and chief financial officer of Tadiran. Among others, Mr. Ben Shalom has served on the boards of directors of Nice Systems, Machteshim-Agan, General Bank, and more. Mr. Ben Shalom holds a B.A. in economics and an MA in business administration, both from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Leidner is a senior partner and manager in a business and financial consulting firm. In previous positions, he has served as vice president of mergers and acquisition for Koor Industries, as CEO of M.I Assets and as deputy comptroller general in the ministry of finance. Mr. Leidner holds a B.A. in law and MA in business administration from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Rosenthal is a highly experienced Certified Public Accountant and the co-founder and partner in Brookener, Ingvar, Rosenthal CPA firm. Formerly, he has held a managerial position in the Bank of Montreal in the USA. Mr. Rosenthal holds a BA in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University and an MA in business administration (with honors) from the University of California in Los Angeles. Mr. Rosenthal is a highly experienced Certified Public Accountant and the co-founder and partner in the Brookener, Ingvar, Rosenthal CPA firm.

Mr. Horesh holds a B.A. in History and Geography from Tel Aviv University and an MA in Political Studies from Haifa University.
In the last five years, the owner and the CEO of Ilan Horesh initiative LTD and the Director of Value Added Services & Systems Products Division in Pelephone Communication. Among others, Mr. Horesh serves or served on the boards of directors of : Rekah Pharmaceutical Group, Ampa Investments LTD, Vuance LTD and Retalix LTD.
