What you will be doing

• Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform
• Build technical processes, and deliver solutions using configuration, migrate data, and provide ongoing support to our Sales and Customer Service teams
• Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of the platform
• Work closely with development teams, data, sales, marketing and other factors in the company and its subsidiaries

Your skills and experience

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation – required
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems
• Salesforce certification is a plus
• Excellent team player, an initiative with strong communication skills
